Workspace and Your Workflow

What is a workspace?

A Workspace is your course-specific hub in HyperKnow. Create one per class to keep everything organized and context-aware: each workspace includes its own HyperKnow Drive for uploading the syllabus, slides, notes, and problem sets, and it stores all related AI sessions and outputs. Name it after the course (e.g., CS1004 — Introduction to Computer Science) and run your study flows inside it to maximize organization, searchability, and AI accuracy.
What is a window?

Windows are scenario-specific spaces inside a workspace. Create windows for key study modes—e.g., Lecture, Homework, Readings—to separate and organize workflows. Each window can have tailored AI tools, prompts, and files for that task, so you stay focused and keep tasks grouped by scenario within the same workspace.
