Welcome to Hyperknow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hyperknow website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Hyperknow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
About Hyperknow
Hyperknow is an AI-powered learning system designed to help users organize, understand, and progress through learning materials more efficiently. The Service may analyze user-provided materials, extract tasks and deadlines, generate learning content, and proactively assist users in managing learning goals.
Hyperknow is not a school, university, or accreditation body, and does not provide degrees, certifications, or formal academic credit.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using Hyperknow, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You may not share, transfer, sell, or sublicense your account to another person.
Freemium Model and Subscription Plans
Hyperknow operates under a freemium model.
Free users are granted limited access to the Service and are subject to usage caps, feature restrictions, and processing limits.
Paid users (“Pro” or other paid plans) receive increased access, including higher usage limits, priority processing, and additional features. Paid plans generally provide significantly higher usage capacity than free plans, which may be approximately an order of magnitude greater, though exact limits may vary and change over time.
Subscription plans:
Are billed in advance on a recurring basis
Automatically renew unless canceled
Can be canceled by you at any time through your account settings
If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to modify plan features, usage limits, and pricing with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Hyperknow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Use the Service for cheating, academic dishonesty, or impersonation
Upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or access controls
Use the Service to train or build competing products without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.
User Content and Uploaded Materials
You retain ownership of any files, documents, text, or other materials you upload or connect to Hyperknow (“User Content”).
By providing User Content, you grant Hyperknow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, analyze, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service for you.
Hyperknow does not claim ownership of your User Content.
Connected Drives and File Processing
If you connect external storage services (such as cloud drives) or upload files, Hyperknow processes file contents only as necessary to provide requested features, such as summarization, task extraction, deadline detection, and learning material generation.
Hyperknow does not access or review your content for purposes unrelated to providing the Service. Content is processed programmatically by automated systems and is not reviewed by humans except where required for security, compliance, or system integrity.
To deliver AI-powered functionality, portions of content may be transmitted securely to third-party service providers (such as AI model or infrastructure providers) acting as data processors on our behalf. These providers are contractually restricted from using such data for purposes other than providing services to Hyperknow.
AI-Generated Output
The Service may generate summaries, explanations, tasks, schedules, or other content based on your inputs.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies
Outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be correct or complete
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them
AI-generated content is provided for learning assistance only and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or academic advice.
Proactive Features
Hyperknow may proactively generate suggestions, learning tasks, reminders, schedules, or study materials based on your activity and uploaded content.
These features are intended to assist learning workflows but do not guarantee outcomes, academic performance, grades, or completion.
You may disable certain proactive features through account settings where available.
Usage Limits and Fair Use
The Service may impose usage limits, including but not limited to:
Number of uploaded or connected files
Processing volume
AI interactions or sessions
Feature availability
Usage limits vary by plan and may be adjusted over time to ensure system stability and fair use.
Abuse, excessive automated usage, or attempts to bypass limits may result in restriction or termination.

The Service, including its software, agent architecture, workflows, models, branding, and design, is owned by Hyperknow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
We are required to do so by law
Continued access poses risk to Hyperknow, its users, or partners
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperknow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperknow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
